Shipping policy
Delivery time:
We do our best to ship the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 14:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We always try to keep a dispatchment time of 1 - 3 working days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this shipping time, we will inform you as soon as possible. Any delivery date quoted by Hexaspot shall be deemed to be an estimate only and Hexaspot shall not be under any liability to the purchaser for late delivery. You as the customer are responsible for the validity of the shipping address.
Public holidays (The Netherlands):
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Dutch national holidays. These days are not considered working days and may affect dispatch and delivery times.

Back-orders/Pre-Orders:
Estimated shipping dates for Back-orders/Pre-Orders are indicated on the specific product it's page. If we can't meet the estimated shipping date we will send an update by email to notify you about the delay. If you want to receive a part of the order that is still in stock, you can request this by sending an email to support@hexaspot.com. Please state the order number, your name and address. Extra costs for this partial shipment are for the customer.
If it takes longer before the order can and will be shipped, we will contact you.
Hexaspot External for mounting hardware:
Due to lack of space in our current warehouse, we're shipping all mounting hardware that has vendor name "Hexaspot External" from an external warehouse. Therefore it can happen that you get multiple parcels from the same order.
Parcel deliverer:
Delivery is via the DHL or PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place on working days between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Free* for orders from €200
Germany:
€10,34 for orders under €250
Free* for orders from €250
Belgium:
€11,37 for orders under €250
Free* for orders from €250
PostNL for Belgium can take 1 extra workday of shipping.
For other countries within the European Union shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is subject to change.
